- HEALTH
- Provide Early Childhood Development at Early Intervention Centers.
- Children with neurological problems, birth defects, genetic disorders are rehabilitated.
- Child development services like Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Special Education/ Remedial Classes, Occupational Therapy and Psychological Services are provided.
- Have rehabilitated 1050+ special needs children
- EDUCATION
- Promote inclusive education, which is an effort to ensure Right to Education despite the special requirements or needs of children with disability.
- Ensuring inclusion of school going children with special needs in regular education setting with required intervention and support.
- Sarthak has successfully rehabilitated 425 school going children with disability in mainstream schools.
- VOCATIONAL TRAINING
- Ensure financial independence among the youth with disabilities.
- Provides Free of Cost 3 months vocational training and placement support.
- So far,they have 20 centers across India, 20000 and 18000 PwDs have been provided skill-building and placement support respectively.

- With the support of 1050+ Equal Opportunity Employers Sarthak provided sustainable employment support to 18000+ Persons with disability across different sectors.
- Sarthak have support in Sectors like IT ,ITES ,Retail,Hospitality, E-Commerce , Banking and Finance and others.
- Provides platform to post a job for PwDs and also apply for PwDs Job.
