One Year Anniversary Update…

First anniversary is definitely a milestone to celebrate and an opportunity to thank all the helping hands that made this one year journey of Shrankhala possible.

Shrankhala started its journey through Facebook page on World’s NGO day, 27th February 2021 with a motive to share valid information to spread awareness. 9th May 2021, we also launched Shrankhala website and have been updating all the information posted on Facebook Page on the website.

On occasion of anniversary, we are launching Shrankhala-HelpMate app. This app will give easy access to national helpline numbers and important website links for Indians. Stay tuned for more details.

Shrankhala has shared a lot of valuable information under 4 series – Change maker, Know More, Covid-19 and Covid Warrior. With more than 140 posts across 4 series, we have reached more than 2,29,000+ people. Information shared by Shrankhala has reached multiple cities and countries including the USA, Australia, UK and Singapore. During the hard-hitting days of COVID-19 pandemic we were able to share the COVID-19 information that was shared by the Indian Government and this consolidated information has benefited many people. Shrankhala has helped many to find the right help and resources during the second wave of Covid-19 in India.

With 15 Change maker posts we have been able to share information and create awareness on the NGO’s , philanthropists and social services. Shrankhala initiated a food and grocery donation drive during May 2021 at Pune, Nashik and Thane. I would like to thank Make Your India and Naam Foundation  for helping us to drive this initiative.

I would like to thank my team Vaishali Chaudhari, Pallavi Auti , Swati Chothani and Sunitha Ghanathay for their contribution towards Shrankhala. Our sincerest gratitude for all the people who have followed Shrankhala, without your support we couldn’t have achieved this milestone. Would like to extend a thank you to my family for their continuous support.

We’ve shared a lot of valuable information, and we’re looking forward to spreading this awareness even further!

Appreciatively,

Ms. Mohini Kalamkar
